Incredibly comprehensive... Highly useful for KS2 to KS4... I would use all of the pages, either as posters or learning mats... [They] contextualise all of the SPaG points that are important to understand and apply to our writing. I love how much useful information is packed onto one page, and I like how well the pages are organised by key SPaG topics. For example, the spelling poster provides key rules and patterns for spelling and also categorises these patterns by spelling, pronunciation and meaning. Each topic is covered in depth and visually depicted in ways that I think students will find helpful... It will be immensely useful for all topics covered in English and will easily complement any of the exam specifications... I will definitely purchase this resource when it becomes available! Thank you for making this incredibly useful resource!

Beautifully presented, full of information... I liked the flow-chart and mind-map style layouts for breaking down punctuation and parts speech. Many of my learners respond to visual resources, so they would take well to this layout... There is lots of scope to adapt, simplify, stretch and challenge... Clearly matches SPaG element of spec. Encourages students to look beyond the basic, but can also be used to help students understand the 'logic' behind elements of SPaG that they may be getting wrong.

A clear, comprehensive guide to key SPAG terms that students need to be familiar with for the new 9–1 GCSEs. Clearly organised, great to use as revision posters for students to take home too... I really liked the 'Grammar – Parts of Speech' sections as they clearly break down what students need to know and be able to refer to using correct subject terminology. I also really like the 'Aspect/Voice/Tense' grid. Perfect for teaching this as it gives clear examples of active/passive voice, simple/progressive, etc., which can be difficult for students to grasp... After using this resource, students would be much more confident in using key terminology and understanding how language works as this is is almost like a step-by-step guide of what to look for in reading and what to use in your writing.

Each mind map makes for an effective opening task which can then be applied to a more specific writing task... The incomplete mind maps are a great resource for pupils to work alone or in groups to develop knowledge... The generic exam-style questions are also of great benefit [as] pupils can apply their learning directly... [The resource] provides teachers with a very clear view of a range of areas for discussion and study.
