I loved the choice of tasks on both texts, such as the creativity with handout A
What do teachers say about this resource? (3700)
Excellent resource comparing the two texts. I particularly liked the presentation of the resource – illustrations with drawings and think bubbles with ideas for role play. Comparative charts on Identity in both texts very well presented for all abilities. It enhances knowledge of the two texts and provides background in theatre in order to help students to have a background in feminism and how it changed the face of theatre... It matches very well the module on Identity as students can see how the texts were influenced and how they differ in form yet have similar themes. Excellent for background study on this module.
Very useful - I think there are clear practical uses for this and it includes a wealth of material. Practical, ready-made resources. Model essay extremely helpful. Could see it saving a lot of time. It would make an excellent support to students partaking in independent coursework study at A2 level. The educational value is that it clearly structures the analysis and comparison in preparing to write about these two texts.
I thought that it had a great deal of variety in the tasks. I loved the choice of tasks on both texts, such as the creativity with handout A. The terminology used is really well embedded and would be very useful.
Clearly organised and ... student-friendly. I liked the handouts, which were photocopiable and would be of use to students... I also liked the fact it was very clear for any teacher to follow easily, and the link to A Level language as many students take both subjects and it boosts responses... It enables students to learn how to focus their reading and writing skills. It also picks up on some useful context (structurally) and some useful theory.
