What do teachers say about this resource? (1050)
This is a thorough and engaging resource. It’s clear, comprehensive and most of all – accessible for ALL pupils. I’ve seen a lot of A level resources that seem to be aiming only for the really able pupils. More and more, we get the full range of abilities in our classes. I think this resource would stretch a strong candidate while supporting a weaker pupil’s needs. The worksheets are very clear, and the other sections act as effective guides for the teacher to ensure full coverage of the material. Particularly handy for first-time teaching of the text! I also really like the checklists of key learning points. These allow both teacher and pupil to ensure that they have covered and understood the most important aspects.
It is well structured and covers relevant aspects of the novel. Activities are clearly presented and instructions are written in a language accessible to students. Analysis is presented in bite-sized chunks which can be easily imagined presented to students.
