I found this resource to have many good qualities, particularly the games which were well-suited for younger students... I particularly liked the simplicity of the resource, as it made it easy to follow and implement. The group games and activities were engaging and well-suited for encouraging participation, which I found to be a strong aspect of the material... This resource offers a general understanding of live theatre by covering key elements like themes and directors' intentions... The presentation and layout were clear and easy to follow, which made the resource accessible for students.
Really excellent. I like the fact that the learning is granular and scaffolded and not just 'write an essay'. Works up to more extended writing well and with practical activities too so that this still feels very much like 'drama'... I loved the pupil booklet, really well thought out and would be great for revision/exam prep for the students... A nice way to really prepare for the live theatre section of the GCSE exam... Love the past questions and the emphasis on the mark scheme as well as the exemplar answers for the students to look at.
