AS Texts with Writing Questions, Cloze Quesions & Mark Schemes


Texts for Writing Practice comprises 8 texts on themes drawn from the OCR AS German topic list, which are accompanied by a summary/comprehension type question and a response type question. They are followed by a Cloze grammar test based on the text.
A Mark Scheme for the comprehension points and the Cloze test is also included, otherwise the marking is to be carried out in accordance with the grids appearing in the OCR specification.
Apart from providing a valuable bank of material on various topics for the candidate preparing for the OCR AS examination, these lively, up to date texts can stimulate debate and ideas in the Sixth Form classroom.
