A fantastic and really detailed resource... I really like the contextual information as this is an important component of the exam... The information about critical reception will be extremely useful to both students and teachers... I also thought that the active learning tasks were very useful and encouraged independence... The bullet points that accompany these focus students learning and will particularly help students who are new to AS... This is a very well written and detailed resource... I would definitely use this in my teaching. As I have not found many challenging resources on Jane Eyre, I feel this will be extremely popular!

Very useful! It would help all students of A level whichever specification they are sitting! I particularly liked the range of contexts supplied - both context of Bronte's day and 21st Century reception. I also liked the inclusion of specific critical reception... The resource effectively interprets this specification and pro-actively supports students in preparing for the examination on Jane Eyre.
