This is an excellent resource. The writer demonstrates a comprehensive knowledge of the play, and this is suitably adapted to meet the requirements of the AQA 'Dramatic Encounters' element of the A Level specification... This fully meets the requirements of the specification. Throughout the resource, there is reference to 'conflict' which is at the heart of this element of the specification. The exam questions and responses link closely to the specification and this would be a valuable resource to anybody teaching this specification.
A concise and clear resource which would set up a student with a very solid set of revision notes. It is an excellent teaching aid as it blends language, literature and dramatic technique theory neatly into scene-based analysis. It is just right for a student to use during a lesson or for homework, but it is also concise enough to summarise for revision. The clarity is quite impressive considering how much analysis is needed for the examination.
A really comprehensive review of the scenes of the play. There is lots of language and literature material which would be very useful in the first teaching of the exam text. The exemplar material at the end is also very useful in helping students see what they are aiming for at the end of the unit. I particularly liked the exam-style questions for each scene, which pick up on the key aspects of the course... Great resources for the study of the play. There is lots here for teachers to use at the end of the scenes.

I liked the way the context had links to the play – rather than just being “bolted on” context for the sake of it.
