What do teachers say about this resource? (5010)

Very thorough and at the right level for my pupils. It was clear, focused and exceptionally well-organised. It is probably the most "teacher friendly" resource I have found on Robert Browning. It is aimed at OCR but I am doing WJEC. I had free choice of Browning poems but have now largely opted to stick with the OCR ones because of your pack.

Really detailed and comprehensive. Excellent contextual links which are often difficult for students to arrive at by themselves. Excellent prompt questions that can be used as plenary/reflection/homework exercises. A teacher who may be new to teaching this specification or this type of poetry can feel confident that they are being given high quality teaching notes to support them in their schemes of work which will lead to outstanding lessons. The resource deals with completely different poems to the Browning poems on AQA B but the contextual notes and literary background, alongside the analysis of Brownings style will still be hugely beneficial. It is informative but without spoon-feeding!

An invaluable guide that will save teachers a lot of time and fully engage students. The range of activities in the pack is excellent. They cater for a wide range of learning styles and would really help to engage the learners in the challenging poetry of Browning. I would happily pass it straight to my pupils (I rarely do this).
