What do teachers say about this resource? (4260)
An excellent resource; very flexible for individual teachers' interpretations. I particularly liked the SoW as it provides a framework for teachers to use it as they wish, whether with the story that is included, or to apply it to another by ACD. The variety of activities for students are very good and they clearly identify skills in language areas. They also will highlight areas of students' weaknesses where required.
I really like the scheme and think it is easy to follow. I like the simplicity of the worksheets and instructions for students and the fact that the text is within the resource unlike many other similar ones when you have to go hunting for the text. I feel there is a lot of educational value within the resource. It hits many of the NC criteria and has the potential to be used with many year groups/levels.
