What do teachers say about this resource? (12373, 12374, 12375)

I am very impressed by this resource. It is comprehensive, well planned and offers support and challenge for pupils of all abilities at GCSE level. In particular, I appreciated that the content is relevant to the new GCSE spec. Another aspect that I found to be very useful is the levels of scaffolding/challenge in increasing difficulty. New language is clearly presented and then used in context, for example the sentences in the speech bubbles. The resource is very accessible, both visually and in terms of content and language, which is a huge time saver for teachers. Reading, writing and speaking skills are covered sufficiently.

The resource is clear, so that by the time the students move on to the next topic, it is hoped that they will be aware of the vocabulary they need to know. With a large class, if the teacher needs activities to give to some whilst they prepare for the speaking with others, this resource would be very welcome.
