What do teachers say about this resource? (12048)

The topic is vast and this resource has succeeded in presenting it in manageable chapters, and making it interesting rather than forbidding. This in itself is praiseworthy. I liked the variety of tasks offered to familiarise the student with a dark chapter of French history. This presentation should engage the non Historians as well as those studying history for A Level. All skills are tackled, and the choice of videos used will appeal to a multimedia generation of students. The student is encouraged to research further , as seen in the points de discussion in every chapter or in the suggestion made about researching events prior to the era, like the Third Republic and Popular Front. It is excellent for both Edexcel and Eduqas and offers students a manageable view of a vast period of history.
