What do teachers say about this resource? (12368)

This was a very fun, engaging and thoughtful resource that is sure to capture the interest of a high achieving geography student. I really liked the ‘Lets give it a go ‘ letter codes for the different types of activity. This is a great idea and think the students will like this as there are a large variety of them to keep the tasks interesting. It does not waste time going over the basic information and focusses only on enhancing and extending their knowledge. It is very useful to include the command words and the marks they are worth as even the highest achieving student forgets or is not aware of this and is a good additional feature for them to be aware of. all units of work in paper 1 are included and are in the correct order.

A really good resource to stretch the more able. The students have the chance to review their prior learning and assess areas that they will need to develop. The blunder section is crucial to address misconceptions and potential pitfalls. The section developing skills for A level is an essential useful component of this resource. The resource includes case study information, low and high tariff questions. Answers at the end can allow students to check their own answers. The resource meets the requirements of the Physical Paper 1 of the GCSE specification. Section A, B and C are all covered in this resource. There is also the use of resources to develop graphical and statistical skills.
