Easy to use resources great to support and consolidate classroom learning. Useful to have for cover lessons, homework tasks to either consolidate or as a flipped learning task to research a new topic. I liked the table at the front which clearly identified where the synoptic elements were and which part of the course it was linked with. Nice layout with just the right amount of information on a page and lots of visuals. I liked the use of the text bubbles. Clearly matches the specification and is clearly identified exactly which part it is referring to.

Overall I believe this resource to be very useful to all students. I like how this resource includes all of the key content from the BTEC specification and condenses such into a readable/memorable way for all students. Fitting all learning outcomes onto one page will be a good resource to use in revision lessons. I particularly liked the use of dual coding throughout the whole document... Picture and words paired together is useful to enable the students to better remember. I feel this resource will enhance learning by saving valuable lesson time from copying down key content. Also including specific examples for various aspects (in particular components of fitness). Furthermore this resource will be fantastic for students to use as a revision aid in preparation for the PSA. Remembering key content prior to the assessment window and to use at home to brush up on knowledge in the assessment window. I feel the layout of page one was particularly effective... The reason for this being that students could cut out the components of fitness and use these as flash revision cards at the same time. I particularly like how the definitions included in the document match the exact definitions supplied in the resource.

My students and staff found this resource to be very concise and offered almost everything students need to know for the PSA. Clear topic areas are broken into student-friendly, easy-to-follow sections. Offers detailed information on the topics students need to know. Students were able to use these to enhance their notes. Useful for students not in lessons of cover. Easy-to-follow layout with lots of visuals. Compliments classroom teaching very well and almost replaces the need for text-rich textbooks that overload students.
