I like the resources as it is a good summary of the micro specification for year 13 but also has some recap of the year 12 material for the sections when it would be relevant for example the work on margins.
I liked that it is shorter than the course text book so students can read a chapter much more quickly and get the key information required for the topic.
I like the intro to each chapter where it says what students will learn
The topics are well explained making use of diagrams and data where relevant
I liked that there were links for students to follow if they wanted more detail on a topic
There are some questions at the end of each chapter which are useful for checking understanding.
Students can use this after a lesson to read through the notes on a topic from a different perspective. They can then answer the questions. Alternatively they can read before the topic is covered in school to give themselves a head start.
This was a well-presented microeconomics companion. The information was clear. Links to the OCR specification were highlighted.
The language used was appropriate. The use of heading, graphs and so made by the resource very accessible. The questions at ghd dnd of each section were useful. The very brief recap of salient year 1 content was also helpful.
