This is a really detailed resource. The SOW overview is comprehensive and identities different levels for outcomes [and] the layout of the resource is easy to follow. It gives teachers plenty of ideas for teaching the practical and written elements of the unit and there are scaffolding resources in place to help support learners.
I liked the levels of achievement in the scheme of work, they were clear and achievable. The note on student-led practitioner based sessions was welcome and it felt as though it understood the impact this would have. The job list is a great idea. The worksheets were comprehensive and well planned
