A useful resource, especially for teachers with limited amounts of time to create new, exciting exercises. It covered the four main areas of the spec... There was a variety of activities catering for different learning styles... This resource would enhance learning, particularly for homeworks or revision, or when a teacher is absent, and work has to be set at short notice.
A good accompaniment to the exam course I like the variety of tasks and formats. Good for homework and revision.... I liked the glossary sheets as a revision task

I really like this resource as it has a number of really useful activities and resources for a unit which is comparatively new to me. It covers the specification very well and offers a number of different approaches to the teaching of Elizabethan England. I can see it becoming an integral part of the planning and teaching of our GCSE course in the years ahead… I like the different range of tasks involved here and there is plenty for our students to try out. The key words activities are useful in developing student vocabulary… This resource will engage students in a number of different learning tasks. There is no repetition of tasks so students will have a varied diet of learning tools to help increase their knowledge and understanding of the era.
The resource is very well put together, there is a severe lack of resources for this module with it being a relatively new addition, therefore I think that a lot of teachers will find this very useful.... The educational value of this resource is high, it could be a fundamental part of someone’s teaching program. It allows enhanced learning by enabling students to get more in depth with the content.
I really liked it as a starting point for someone like me who hasn’t taught the content ever before... I really liked that the answers for worksheets were provided.... A wide range of topics is covered, and the worksheets for each task were containable on one sheet, so photocopying charges would be lower when copying for student use. The phrasing of tasks and language throughout is appropriate to a wide ability range.... I really liked the key words and glossary at the start of the booklet – useful to create tests and homework tasks to complete it.... There was a good range of visual sources.
