A very valuable resource with brilliant activities to enable the student to understand research design. A great deal of work has gone into this – very useful. Extremely clear- plenty of ideas, activities and information. A fantastic aid to teaching and learning -with cards that can be used interactively as well as individually.
It is set out in a way that helps students to easily evaluate scientific processes. It also encourages students to do their own reading

An inclusion of information for AS and A Level is helpful for the students due to being relevant for their studies. There is a clear outline of activities which makes it easy for the teacher; there is helpful expression of assessment objectives and how students should answer the questions.
I really liked this resource – the activities were aimed at just the right level for an introduction to the topic for A level students, and the instructions were straightforward for each of the activities... I like that the resources are easy to photocopy and each one is only on one sheet – just the right length. There is a good balance of different types of activities – tables, gap fillers, spider diagrams and spaces for students to do their own drawings. I think this resource matches the new specification really well... already looking forward to using it in class!

Excellent – particularly good for able students. It gives extra in-depth reading for more able students.
Very in depth, detailed questioning / evaluation of the theories and research. The different types / styles of presentation such as information in a variety of shaped boxes, colours are very helpful for learning because they are different.
I liked this resource – it has broken the topic of memory down into reasonable size topics and made it more enjoyable for students. This resource is obviously well thought through and detailed.

This resource is very useful in the teaching of Issues and Debates... Activities help students to contextualise when referencing “famous thinkers”. Great minimal planning homework activity – which can be self or peer marked with mark scheme.

This is a very useful resource that I would definitely use with my students. The activities make learning accessible and enjoyable and promote independent learning and confidence in students... The instruction to write a response in Twitter for is a great way to attract students.... I would definitely buy this resource for my students. I feel it adequately consolidates learning and provides independent learning opportunities for students. The activities are so clear that they can be given to students as homework tasks as well as being used within the classroom.

I like the 'link to specification' table at the front of the resource, as it means that you are able to find the section that you need quickly.
Plenty of good tasks... I like the focus on the evaluation skills and knowledge. The tasks allow students to develop knowledge on things like determinism and diathesis stress model.

This resource was an extremely useful tool to have ready for planning lessons. It has clear links to the new AQA specification and is organised such that it is easy to find an activity directly linked to the relevant topic. I think there are a number of useful activities that could help teachers to deliver the area of the spec that many students find most challenging. There are a range of different types of activities meaning students get a variety of things to do

Overall I think there is a really good variety of activities which are presented well and clearly linked to the specification.
Activities are well constructed and focussed on specification content. I liked the ease with which these activities could be used without the need for modification. There is a clear educational value in each activity and this has been clearly thought through. Could be used with mixed AS & A level group which is a clear advantage.

Well organised with a range of activities to suit different learning styles and different levels of learning. It contains activities to enhance and review basic understanding of each subject area and goes on to ensure that the knowledge acquired can be applied by asking for personal examples. There are activities that encourage reflection and debate also.
It is very well covered. The style of the activities and the answers are generally very well put together. This is an excellent resource.
