What do teachers say about this resource? (1673)
Very thought provoking and challenging. Very well written and explained. I thoroughly enjoyed reading this scheme of work and it promoted many ideas for my own teaching. I particularly liked the way the scheme combined both challenging dramatic skills as well as PSE/wider issues, allowing the students to progress with their skills and critical thinking at the same time. I also liked the way that student written work was brought into the lesson and explored practically rather than being an 'add on' that summarised the lesson. The diagrams/worksheets included in the appendix are thoroughly explanatory and a useful tool to teaching some of the more complex ideas. Encourages students to express emotions through movement and physical theatre rather than obvious facial expressions and body language.
