What do teachers say about this resource? (12147)

I like this resource, there is a good variety of questions and a good variety of topics. The questions are useful for revision purposes, as well as practising exam technique because they are similar to the style of questions in the AQA exam. The case studies are up-to-date, just as they would be in the exam.

What do teachers say about this resource? (12148)

I like this resource, there is a good variety of questions and a good variety of topics. The questions are useful for revision purposes, as well as practising exam technique because they are similar to the style of questions in the OCR exam. The case studies are up-to-date, just as they would be in the exam.

I really liked the passages which students have been asked to read. They are up-to-date, engaging and include lots of relevant data. They are interesting just as a standalone read in order to get background knowledge even if students do not answer the questions. The passages could be used in order to gain knowledge of the wider economy as well as different policies the government has used over the last few years. It even includes questions on the failure of the mini budget which is really topical and is something which students will have followed in the news.

It starts off with some fairly straightforward questions which get students thinking about the case study and the topics being questioned. These can be used to test knowledge before getting onto the more difficult questions which are more essay based, these are the sort of questions students find difficult. The answers provided are mostly helpful, enabling students to self mark which means students could be given copies to work on during the holidays for their revision.
