GCSE Edexcel Unfamiliar Listening Homeworks for Areas of Study 1-4
16 three-part ready-to-use homeworks specially designed to support preparation for Section A of the Edexcel GCSE music exam.
Contains 4 homeworks for each of the 4 Areas of Study; each homework is divded into 3 parts, each of which can be used independently for shorter homeworks:
- Part (a) – questions about terminology and background context (between 10-30 marks)
- Part (b) – listening questions with skeleton score (10 marks)
- Part (c) – listening questions, no skeleton score (10 marks)
By completing the homeworks in this pack, students will both broaden and deepen their understanding of the set works by applying their knowledge to the unfamiliar, but closely related music. Students will develop their understanding, and practice correctly using a wide range of musical terminology associated with the set works.
