A very clearly presented resource which follows the same engaging layout for each unit of the specification. This is a resource that a pupil will be able to confidently refer to over the course of their Geography GCSE studies.
I like the different levels (1,2,3) for the Analysis and Knowledge questions. This allows the pupil to select the rigour of the question, and to see progression in their revision when they are able to progress to a more challenging level, fully preparing them for the GCSE examination.
The education value of this resource is clear. Pupils feel supported in the whole specification content. They are able to start revision ‘from scratch’ if they have forgotten specification content, or enhance and challenge their existing knowledge with suitably challenging questions. The model answers provided are written to allow a 15-16 year old to understand easily.
It matches the specification very well. The case study examples used are the most popular/ regularly used which are found in text books and resources used.
