A clear and concise set of revision pages that students can complete for independent revision / structured revision in lessons. Nice range of activities - to help them be "active" in their revision. It also is testing ways such as use of photos / gap fills that are useful for exam preparation. It is good that it is broken down into the different themes, so smaller themes can be tested on and not making revision seem as daunting. Follows the GCSE specification clearly and in a logical order. A great set of revision sheets that be used throughout the course.
It is a really good, thorough revision resource for the entire Section A Paper 1. It is also good for teachers to set additional independent work for students to work through.
Very comprehensive. Inclusion of images, maps, photos, is helpful; as is matching key terms with definitions and mix of short and longer response questions

It's an easy to use, clear revision tool for a GCSE student... I like the fact that students only need to focus on a basic/low level question at a time giving them enough time to feel they an work through the resource at their own pace... I would use it for challenge tasks for higher ability students, and I would use it for revision for lower/middle ability students... It follow the specification logically and accurately, making it a great teacher tool for supporting revision and a great student resource to guide their revision.

These grids are very useful for all pupils studying AQA geography GCSE 1 -9. They follow the examination specification very closely and cover each strand well. These are a great template for pupils to work through at their own pace or they could be used for preps throughout a topic. [One example] is on Bristol; this is easily adaptable to other cities around the world and pupils should be confident in answering / interpreting photographs from places other than their particular city taught in lessons.

The resources is VERY thorough and the creator has obviously followed the specification very closely in order to produce the questions. This must be based on extensive experience of historical exam questions because there is very limited exemplar material available to use. The answers are provided making it useful for pupils to use by themselves as well as for teachers to use to 'test' pupils' preparedness for exams. Some of the questions are quite challenging but this is the style of the new exams so it is good to get them prepared for this as early as possible. I like that the resource encourages pupils to practice a variety of skills such as photo interpretation and map skills.
