Great idea - all aspects of the topic are covered and broken down into sections so that teachers can choose which sections to set homework on. The worksheets are also ideal to set as cover work in class or could even be adapted for a timed test. All answers provided to aid non-specialists or NQTs. The language is user-friendly and appropriate for this age group and there is a good use of image to break up the text, as well as diagrams and tables.... A well written, comprehensive resource that could literally save teachers hours of preparation.

Very positive overall - could save lots of work - Good also for private study students.

This resource is very easy to use and covers all the areas of biopsychology students need. It will also, once complete, be an effective revision guide for the students. This would be an excellent booklet for students to do independent work from at home, allowing them to develop their own skills in this area and as such developing their soft skills.

A useful resource which enables students to research elements of the content of the biopsychology section of the specification independently... I feel this would be a useful resource to consolidate learning outside the classroom with the use of guided activities for the students

I though the homework resource was good. It had a range of activities based on research methods, studies, theories and debates. As a homework resource I think it matches the specification well -especially with the emphasis on research methods and interpreting research.

The author has clearly spent time and effort to match the resource to the specification, providing high quality worksheets that would certainly help AQA Psychology students to succeed in Paper 2... I particularly liked the comparison of approaches section - students typically find this the most challenging area of Approaches but there was a good variety of activities to suit a range of abilities and the most able students would enjoy researching the therapies for the Mastermind activity.

Exciting tasks to make a tricky part of the curriculum more understandable.

This is an excellent resource with little input from the teacher needed, if used for a revision resource. Yes, I’d definitely purchase this resource, it’s very useful for students to prepare for exams and highlight importance of the studies

I thought this was a comprehensive and very exam specific resource. The material was covered in excellent depth and in a student friendly format, including offering guidance on essential exam technique. The activities were of a suitable length and offered great variety... This pack is a fantastic extension to the classroom and offers students that chance to enhance their knowledge independently and build on their examination skills. The pack has the right balance of exam specific material and revision... An excellent resource that will be an effective enhancement to the classroom, it will boost student knowledge and also their confidence.

Tasks can easily be completed independently with appropriately selected research studies supported by guideline answers useful particularly to new teachers.

The resource covers the syllabus and is detailed. The Mastermind questions are particularly good for above average students. Showing how to plan essay questions (Exercise 15) is very helpful as are instructions on how to write essays.

The activities require a good level of engagement and students should be able to complete them independently. There is a range of activities requiring different skills... The ‘Masterminds’ questions are an excellent way to stretch and challenge the more able.

This resource will be a time saver for teachers. The activities are ready to use for starters, plenaries, mid/end of topic AFL in addition to its advertised purpose for homework... Essay layout support is excellent! Really encourages planning and pick out key components.

I have found the resource extremely helpful in my planning for our fortnightly assignments. There are a range of tasks that will add variety and keep students engaged.

I thought the resource was comprehensive and well matched to the specification. It covers the material in an interesting and varied way which should make it interesting for students and simple for teachers to use. This resource is excellent!

As a homework pack this is fantastic! Teachers are able to set for students easily as a homework and answers could be uploaded onto the VLE for students to self-assess… I like the distinctions made between AS/A level specification/contents and a range of activities used to assess students.

This is a thorough and comprehensive set of resources for teachers to use alongside their teaching and would be a valuable assessment resource for all, but especially new and inexperienced teachers or teachers who are not specialised in psychology. I feel that this resource would be an excellent summation task following the classroom teaching of each topic. Many of the questions would prepare the student for the exam questions as well as giving them a variety of sills for applying their knowledge to unseen scenarios, which is essential for the AQA exams… I'd absolutely purchase this resource! This is thorough and would make an excellent resource for both new and experienced teachers.

Good resource with plenty of tasks for students to do and consolidate learning, gives lots of application opportunities.

I thought it had excellent coverage of the specification and found a good level of depth for the students... It has some excellent focus on areas that students struggle on, such as fully explaining evaluation and linking AO1 and AO2 material in the scenarios. This resource gives students a chance to build on classroom activities in a logical and comprehensive way.

I love the concept behind this! As a teacher I would love to be able to photocopy these and give them out to my students every week as a resource they can use to help build themselves a revision book! I like that there are links in there the students can explore. I think the idea of it is excellent: the detail is brilliant. I love the variety of studies which are covered, I love the fact that guidance answers & exam terminology are included and explained. I love the idea of this & as a teacher I would definitely buy this as it would make my life so much easier to have homework which I could give which helps consolidate their learning but also sets them up for revision too!

This is a brilliant resource that doesn't just have to be used for homework. It can be used in students' independent revision as well as during class. It is a very well-structured resource that is clear and precise. Useful for independent revision. Perfectly matches the specification throughout.

I thought this was a really useful resource it could be utilised in many ways by a class teacher. It could be used as a homework tool which provides a DIY revision book for the students if they collated the homework and kept it they can then revise from it! It could be used for peer marking activities! Really good for helping plan essays, reinforcing exam technique & reinforcing content; this is great.

The resource is useful and removes the burden of creating tasks. Good depth in some areas so challenges the top students to work beyond their text books
