Overall very good and would be very accessible for secondary school pupils. It would be easy to use this alongside lessons as a way of checking and improving understanding.
A very thorough resource with a variety of questions to suit different abilities. The format is different and allows teachers to make use of resources (textbooks) they already have available.
I think it would be particularly useful for cover work, as it could be easily set and self marked, as well as for revision. The grid format works well and the idea of developing close readings of texts is a good one.

The concept of this resource is good. It could be very valuable as a regular homework activity either to reinforce learning or to create a ‘flipped-classroom’. I can also see value in this resource in providing appropriate and worthwhile work for cover lessons.

The resource is well planned and structured well. There is clear links with the core textbooks which are used in most secondary schools and the resource can be used as stand-alone activities in class or as revision sheets for homework. The resource enhances learning by challenging pupils to think in depth about each of the topics studied as well as introducing KS3 pupils to some of the geographical skills they will need at GCSE. An example of this is the use of population pyramids which is extremely useful to introduce at KS3.
