Absolutely fantastic, very comprehensive and useful. It offers an outstanding and comprehensive overview of how a department should work rather than how the HoD should run the department. It is totally in line with NC policies and considers carefully the impact on students, bearing in mind their needs and diversity. I particularly like how it clearly intends to include all students regardless of their ability, potential and stage. An excellent resource.
