An outstanding resource! This pack provides a base of flexible, easy-to-use practicals, starters and plenaries. The format is very clear and user friendly. Even though I've worked in teaching for many years, there were activities and ideas in this pack that I hadn't come across before. The activities form clear summaries of what students should know at the end of each section and its done in a fun way. The implementation of literacy helps to embed both skills and knowledge through memorable activities.
Very useful. It has interesting ways to get cover the syllabus with the students so that there are as many activities as possible to use for exploration.
I liked the varieties of the activities and the student instruction pages for the practicals.

The resource caters for student's different learning styles. It engages students allowing them to formulate scientific ideas. Students will leave the classroom with a better understanding of a difficult topic

Great practicals and activities! 'Using Indicators' is a great experiment to introduce students to the different pH indicators; I love the range of activities which are great follow ups to the experiments. There are so many activities which really support the students being able to learn the key words for this unit.

It is a very good resource. An interesting set of practicals that will keep the students interested, whilst still learning the detail required.
