A useful resource which will support teachers to cover all aspects of the unit. The main has lots of tasks to do throughout the lesson and the plenaries are great tasks too.
It provides teachers with the knowledge needed and the comprehensive questions support students prior to the assignment. The additional aspects in the assignment brief written in italics support the learner too.

Straightforward and comprehensive. The lesson plans were easily followed and the differentiation – and hints to pupils on how to self-differentiate very useful. Overall impressive. Notes to students indicating what they will need to produce to achieve Distinction level work are helpful and will reinforce teaching. A great time-saver! Overall I thought it was well written, well thought out, and would make life much simpler regarding planning, resourcing, setting up and running practical sessions.
The resource meets the specification and beyond. I like where videos are included in the lesson plans.

Well organised and easy to follow with a suitable amount of practical work for the students, which keeps them engaged. The success criteria are made clear to the student and teacher, and progression to higher grades is easy to follow
I would have no hesitation using this resource. There are very few textbooks out there pitched at the correct level and the information is time consuming to try to find from scratch... This resource could prove to be invaluable
This is an excellent resource... The specialised student information sheets (teaching notes) reduce student research time (and stress) so students can focus on applying knowledge. The teaching notes are followed by direct questions, ensuring students comprehend the information. The assignment briefs are well written therefore students have a clear understanding of the requirements needed to complete tasks. Tasks are also varied allowing for a range of assessments whilst the activities motivate and engage students. This unit is extremely popular with students and the author ensures students will not be disappointed as the unit includes interesting practical activities and fact sheets

Written to an exceptionally high standard... The new specification is followed to the letter in this pack. The content notes and diagrams are an excellent source of information for students, lessons are well thought out with good starters and plenaries and there are good ideas for paired and group work
