Ticks all the boxes! The factual side is well-researched, supported by visual aids and internet links... One of the best resources I have ever reviewed.
I thought it was fantastic - very thorough and informative for the pupils, easy to teach. Gave them a flavour of that period of history with well-selected sources and exercises. It gives me everything I need to teach this topic without having to do any research or source relevant and appropriate material. As a non-subject specialist, teaching history would have been a challenge, but this made it accessible.
An excellently written resource.
