The resource is strong and very useful. It is well structured and clearly written, with a lot of relevant detail for students preparing for Edexcel Paper 3. One concern at first was the amount of content, given the suggested research time, but I think this actually becomes a strength because it gives students a very secure understanding of the industry and a lot of context they can use in the exam.
I particularly liked the way the resource combines theory with context from the confectionery industry. The links to topics such as product life cycle and Ansoff are helpful, and the activities, graphs, gap fills and note tables make it more than just a reading pack.
This resource enhances learning because it helps students build industry knowledge alongside business understanding. Really excellent, especially the Word version allowing editing. Specifically tailored to the exam board requirements with relevant and interesting examples. Very accurate as a practice tool in exam preparation.
I really like this resource and think it will be valuable for Paper 3.
I appreciate the data and charts included for students to interpret. I think that the activities (Sheet/slide 23) and the ‘Did you know’ throughout the document are valuable in a lesson. Really like the background information and that there is a link to a programme to watch (perfect for additional learning). I think the table on SL17 is really useful. Case studies are so valuable for independent learning and for Super-curricular activities.
Always like ZigZags resources for Paper 3 and this is no exception as it will be vauable for independant learning.

Well researched and the content is very useful. The 'e-revision' element in a real bonus allowing students to learn independently and the teacher(s) can manage and monitor class progress.
The research is of a good quality and this really helps students and the teacher as the research is there for you and available hence the focus can turn to revision and exam practice.
It goes beyond Paper 3, as this is a synoptic unit the resource helps students with Paper 1 and Paper 2.
It's fantastic for the lesser able students, not only is the research done for you, but it is presented in a good logical progressive manner which students can access and independently use at home and away from lessons.

I would use this resource. The research is well done, the activities are well thought out and it provides a fantastic guide to students who need to start their own research to support their paper 3 exam. The range of example businesses used is fantastic and allows for students to develop their understanding of the fashion market.
The exam practice papers show a solid range of potential questions and the case study/extracts are well written and provide students with a good idea of what could be included in the upcoming exam. The extracts are well written and the papers include an appropriate quantitative element
The mark scheme is detailed and provides realistic examples of student response options. The mark boundaries track the exam board’s expectations well and provide assessors/teachers with the necessary detail needed to make a judgement on the student responses. Where calculations/quantitative skills are assessed, the author has provided links to the QS from the specification as well as calculated responses.

This is a very impressive resource. It can be used in class to provide a lot of breakdown into the case study. Exam papers follow the format of previous papers and offer appropriate challenge.
I like the comprehensive nature of the document. Mark schemes are helpful alongside the papers.

This is an excellent resource to support paper 3 of the Edexcel Business paper. It provided background information as well as exam style questions. I purchased this package. My students found it useful in preparing them for the exam.
