What do teachers say about this resource? (12740)

Clear and helpful... It follows a logical sequence... The answers are clear and accurate, and also make helpful reference to leading cases... I can see several uses for this resource. As a whole class resource it is very helpful in checking or consolidating learners' grasp of the legal principles and details. For learners it could be very useful for individual revision, for private study or for catching up on missed lessons and it could also be used effectively for cover lessons or remote learning if the class teacher is not available... The section on the evaluation question tasks is very welcome - this is an element of the specification that learners struggle to succeed with, and which sometimes are difficult for teachers to explain.

P Braddick, Teacher & Peer Reviewer

Closely aligned with the OCR spec and will help learners develop their AO1 and produce good responses to scenarios. It is clear and includes the relevant law... Lots of detail and a clear layout on each principle of the law with relevant case law... I really liked the fact that the theory was included with good, clear detail which is essential for problem solving... A good revision tool for students. They could complete it section-by-section or even be used as a flipped learning tool. The law is accurate and lots of cases referenced throughout. It gives teachers the flexibility of how it could be used... The content matches the specification excellently and teachers and students will massively benefit from this resource. This allows for students of all abilities to tackle and for more able students to dwell into the more complex areas.

M Asad, Head of Law, Valentines High School & Peer Reviewer

Excellent to use as a revision tool for students and for teachers to use in supporting their assessments... I like the extensive amount of questions covering all topics... This resource will allow students to test their knowledge as a revision aid and can be used as homework or in class... The resource matches and interprets the specification well.

What do teachers say about this resource? (12805)

Functional, practical and helpful - it could be used as a recap and consolidation resource or as a revision guide to be used in class or as individual tests. It follows a logical sequence that largely mirrors the exam board teaching guides. The questions are all clear and well aimed - asking for specific information or some questions that require slightly more explanation. There is a good focus on asking for specific definitions of legal rules, which is of course an important skill... The evaluation section is also helpful in offering some initial ideas that can be developed into full answers. Follows the specification well.
