Like - really clear on theory and examples. Good examples of exam questions as well that will help learners
Theories of change etc are clearly laid out with examples to illustrate

On the whole this is very well put together with key explanations and good examples for learners to work through. It addresses all of the key learning outcomes for this unit
I feel that the resource enhances learning as the key terms are clear and there is lots of opportunities to consolidate learning. It has a good educational value as learners are given the opportunity for regular practice
Learning Outcomes 5.1 and 5.2 are clearly addressed
For 5.1 learners come away with a clear distinction between policy and procedures as well as examples of how this applies to various types of organisations. Learners also have a good knowledge of the impact of law on policies and procedures
For 5.2 the specification is again addressed with clear examples.

The resources is fit for purpose. This feels like a resource students could use independently outside or inside the classroom along with their lesson and for revision and consolidation of learning. It could also support staff new to teaching the qual.
The links and case studies with questions are a particularly good resource.

Key terms is very useful for learners to refer to and these have been explained in a way I believe they would understand.
