I really like this resource – it gives a good selection of the type of questions you could anticipate in the exam. There are a good mix of theoretical and synoptic style questions. The unseen texts were quite ‘student friendly’ and appropriately linked to relevant theories. It will help students improve their range of approaches as the CSPs have been addressed from a whole variety of angles. The indicative evidence supplied for each will also support teacher (both experienced and newly-initiated) so they can steer teaching toward content they had perhaps not entertained before.

It shows a clear understanding of the exam paper to include the different formats of potential unseen products (magazine, game cover, social media, web). The specification overview sheet is very helpful to both students and teachers. This will be crucial for revision activities and/or summative assessment opportunities. Having such a clear layout will make embedding them into the curriculum plan much easier.
