Six short scripts provide KS4 students with a new way to explore and engage with pertinent PSHE issues – and leave a lasting impression.

Through the medium of ‘verbatim theatre’, students witness shocking real stories from real people – raising awareness and providing a springboard for meaningful discussion.

Each script includes:
  • Character, staging, costume and rehearsal notes for a hassle-free performance
  • A ready-to-use assembly plan, with learning outcomes, curriculum links, activities and timings
  • All supporting resources – including student worksheets!
  • Two relevant follow-up lessons to further develop students’ understanding of the topics

Scripts can be rehearsed as part of a Drama class or club in preparation for the assemblies.

Not just for Drama teachers, ‘Impact’ Assemblies are accessible to all with the support of a few student performers.
