What do teachers say about this resource? (6856)

These resources are fantastic. I really liked the concept of gathering all the key information on one sheet of paper for each, cutting the unit into 4 easy-teach sheets. I really liked how the resources look visually [...] very engaging, well thought out and neatly presented. This would certainly appeal to my higher end pupils, especially the logically-minded and a large proportion of girls that I teach. It was easy to read, the quotes used were relevant and topical and there were some good use of small images to link to key concepts which would aid learning [...] These are high quality revision tools, and fantastic classroom wall displays. I think they have lots of mileage and will prove to be invaluable for both teacher and pupils

A good resource [that] would be useful for all teachers of this specification. The resource provides a useful summary of the main points for the two parts of the theme. As each part fits onto one page this could easily be used with students or enlarged as suggested to go on the wall. If all the summaries were purchased they could be used for revision at the end of the course... There were a number of things that I like about the resource: The language used was appropriate for the level and would be accessible to all ability levels; key words are bold to highlight important terms; useful quotes; tables of information to show reasons for/against... This enhances learning or helps learning as this could be used in different ways throughout the year.

This is an excellent resource... the presentation is excellent, I think my students would really appreciate using it as a revision aid and I like the mind map style

What do teachers say about this resource? (6857)

An excellent resource that has helped students to improve their knowledge retention through low-stakes testing each lesson. Enables students to see what language/concepts/terminology is upcoming and is set out in student-friendly manner. Good value for money

J Haston, HoD & Customer

Outstanding resource, really usable with a class. [...] The educational value is principally as an aid to revision for students, so could simply be photocopied and given to them, but also the ones that can be filled in would make for good revision lessons in class, and for recaps from topics covered some time before for the mocks [...] Well presented, jazzy and eye-catching and very professional. I have made similar types of resources myself but they have not looked anywhere near as professional as these and for the time it would take this would be a good investment of money

What do teachers say about this resource? (6855, 7130)

I think this is a brilliant resource, it's detailed, really well presented and really easy to use. It contains all the necessary information and gives plenty of relevant material. Really useful for revision purposes... a very attractive layout that the students would respond well to... I think it matches the specification very well, I cannot find any area that is not covered, and some have more detail than the AQA endorsed textbook

E Hodkinson, RS Teacher & Peer Reviewer

Really valuable, simplifies content. Very accessible for both my staff and students. It is condensed which makes it more valuable for key marginal students who find the content of revision guides overwhelming. Easy to use and excellent revision activities to aid either class or independent revision.

F Allen, HoD & Customer

Good, lots of information with all the main points covered in an appropriate amount of detail... The information was clear and concise... I liked the use of appropriate scriptural references and exclamation marks denoting particularly important points... simplifies some complex issues
