This resource comprises of a paper worksheets booklet and an accompanying CD-Rom which includes PowerPoint Presentations and auxiliary sheets which can be copied and laminated.

The graphically rich nature of the resource enables pupils to understand instructions quickly and correctly. It introduces pupils to small kitchen equipment and how to use this equipment correctly. It also covers the preparation of fruit and vegetables and correct washing-up procedures, and encourages '5-a-day' healthy eating. This is a perfect course for Year 7 students, especially weaker students.
