Excellent resource... will be very useful for Unit 1 exam. I like the way the resources were laid out showing how lessons and series of lessons could be taught consecutively. I liked that each resource page showed which specification point was being covered. A well written resource which lays out the specification in a better format than the text book. I think most teachers of this specification find the text book cursory and limited in information. These resources will allow teachers to teach the specification in an ordered way. Excellent layout... laid out in sequence showing how the nutritional elements link to the food chemistry and cooking methods. I believe this shows this easily for students to see the links on paper - better than the text book!! I have enjoyed reviewing this resource
