What do teachers say about this resource? (11253, 11254, 11559, 11560)

I really like this resource. It is well thought out with many options. I like that there are 2 versions of each test and that the tests increase in difficulty, allowing them to be used throughout the 2 year course, and it means as students become more confident the challenge can be increased, whilst building confidence in their abilities. I like that the mark schemes are complete and could be shared with students once completed.
I feel this resource is hugely valuable. It enhances the learning by having both MCQs and extended answer questions in each test allowing for practise of both types of questions. They would give a good indication of how well a student understood the material at each level. This resource also gives options for re-testing if students did not achieve what you/they thought they were capable of.

This is a comprehensive resource which will be very useful as a supplement to teaching AQA A Level Physics.
I like how the assessments are divided up. I also like how there are multiple assessments for each topic, such as set A, set B, this is really useful for resits for students when necessary, cuts down on planning time significantly. The assessments are worth a considerable about of marks and go into the necessary depth to give a good idea of students individual understanding. Each of the assessments contains a range of styles of questions and the layout is very unintimidating which helps to put students at rest and build their confidence. As always the mark scheme is appreciated so there are multiple options available including peer or self assessment.
One of the biggest advantages of these assessments is the inclusion of a mix of styles of question. Each assessment contains multiple choice (which are often the most tricky), short answer and also calculation. This resource in particular has a greater focus on some of the more theoretical topic areas which is a great benefit as I find a lot of other assessments focus on more maths questions.
I think it is an invaluable resource which has been executed very well.

An excellent resource for the new specification for the A level AQA Physics . A very good range of topics have been included and questions and which covers the specification in Physics and can be used for other examination boards which assess similar topics. Detailed answers are given for each topic of the specification. Good mix of questions multiple choice and structured questions have been included.
Very much like the tiered approach which bring challenges students from a basic level to a high level. Students have the opportunity to progress in each of the topic areas. The detailed answers are very useful.
