The resource was well presented, with information supplied in a comprehensive and concise manner that should be easily absorbed by students. - G Wood, Independent Reviewer

Being an examiner for Edexcel for this topic, I would say that this resource is quite indispensable to any teacher teaching the Surgery Unit. The quality of the writing, the detail of the resource is superb. This is, quite simply brilliant in my opinion. I can’t speak highly enough of the resource. The Source section is wonderful – the explanation of each of the different ways of analysing a source and giving an example to go through is superb. Superb exam answer analysis – having marked this exam I can vouch for the examples given in that such answers are regularly seen for such a question – both short and long! .The sample papers are a good idea and are generally well executed – the mark schemes are more detailed than I am used to working for the exam board so that is a real bonus especially for those who haven’t taught this topic before (and are teaching for the 1st time) Excellent variety of sources used – well-chosen and well utilised. Would you purchase this resource for your teaching? 100% - absolutely no doubts at all. D Taborda - Teacher, Examiner and Independent Reviewer

Given the new examination resources like this will be particularly effective in providing a bank of resources that can be used to better prepare students...With only one exemplar available from Edexcel this will provide much needed material to give students much more effective practice for the examination. This could, if used effectively, help to enhance the chances of students of at least fulfilling their targeted grade. - T Haw, Teacher, Examiner, and Independent Reviewer
