What do teachers have to say about this resource? (5252)
The resource is very informative and has a good range of case law; the resource focuses heavily on the analytical comments which are essential at A2. I would purchase this resource as it is a good basis in which to teach involuntary manslaughter - A Hepple, Lecturer and Independent Reviewer
This is a detailed resource, which has obviously taken a great deal of effort to prepare. The explanations are clear, the layout is logical, and there is a good range of interesting and well-set-out activities - J Hallam, Teacher and Independent reviewer
I have read through this resource, and I really do think it is excellent. Clearly a lot of work has gone into making the content informative and engaging for students of all levels. The activities themselves are not too long and most are relatively straightforward to complete. The instructions make it very clear what is to be done, which means that they will be able to be completed easily by the students independently. I particularly like that it encourage independent research, as not enough is done to encourage this throughout A levels.I love the fact that so much emphasis has been placed on engaging the student through different activities, such as crosswords and word searches. I wish that these had been in place when I was a student! - M Sims, Law Tutor and Independent Reviewer.
I think this resource is excellent for the specification with a good range of knowledge, detail and emphasis on case law. - V Smith, Teacher and Independent Reviewer
This is a well-written, very comprehensive resource, which will be of great advantage to both students and their Lecturers/Teachers...as it brings together many of the vital issues required to understand the complexities of this particular subject. It goes a long way to explain (and clear up) some really heavy-weather treatment adopted by some of the suggested textbooks...I would have no hesitation in purchasing this excellent resource. - B Davies, Tutor and Independent Reviewer
"This is a very informative, accurate resource which contains all the relevant information. It would be a good aid for students to use outside of college to support development." E Skinner, Subject Leader of Law, Independent Reviewer
