What do teachers say about this resource? (3176)

I have reviewed ‘Vaya suerte! The two topics I have tried with my students were ‘jobs’ and 'the environment'. I must say that both worked very well. I used them with a GCSE group. The handouts about jobs I used them as a recap as we had already done that topic and my students enjoyed it very much.

General feedback about Vaya suerte:
- Offers a different approach to the topics.
- Gives the teacher flexibility.
- Very useful for lessons which have to be taught by a non-specialist teacher.
- They seem to be very good to encourage independent learning, one of the current main objectives at my school at the moment.

I thought that this was a well presented and attractively laid out set of worksheets, which would be a useful addition to any bank of resources. I liked the variety of activities and the "different" nature of the exercises, which are not like many other resources available and as such likely to engage the attention of students.

It is encouraging to see these types of activities for teaching and learning with our young students. It can also provide a very good way of introducing cultural aspects of Hispanic life... It covers important grammar aspects and at the same time provides some grammar revision in a lively and interesting way.

I thought is was a comprehensive pack of vocabulary building sheets which could be attractive to pupils of varying abilities. I liked the simplicity and how eye-catching it was. Playful graphics and accessible fonts. The sheets are flexible in terms of how they could be used, too. [Would you purchase this resource?] Definitely.

I liked its professional presentation.

Presentation is good and clear and will engage pupils visually (good for SEN). I value the fact that all the answers are at the back.
